Having trained in the Valuation Office, he joined a large professional firm based in the West Midlands, before becoming the Deputy Group Surveyor and Valuer for GKN plc. He set up in private practice in Oxfordshire in 1987. He concentrates on Rating, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews, and has particular expertise in the Aviation and Equestrian fields.

With a background working for national and regional firms since 1986 in Central Southern England, he heads our Rural Department. Andrew provides advice on agricultural and residential matters including Agency, Management, Valuation, Planning, and Development. He is a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Joining Marriotts in January 2006, Juliet brings wide experience in all aspects of commercial, residential and agricultural property management. Having trained at the Royal Agricultural College, Juliet has worked in both private practice and more recently for the National Trust, for 9 years managing their Oxfordshire portfolio. In her current role, Juliet is responsible for all aspects of commercial property management including lettings, service charges, lease renewals and rent reviews
